The servo drive adopts the latest DSP technology, self-disturbance rejection control, speed observation control algorithm, feedforward control for servo delay compensation and command smoothing technique to implement fast response, high speed, high precision and reliability. Moreover, automatic inertia identification makes adjusting work easier.
By using professional designing software from USA ANSOFT company and EM simulation software, the new series AC servo motors show much smaller cogging torque ripple, better positioning accuracy and stronger low speed functions. In addition, temperature rise of the motors is about 20℃ lower than before.
The servo drive has high frequency response up to 800Hz in maximum. The acceleration time of the motor is only 12ms at rated torque. With built-in notch filter, by means of ESVIEW software, resonance frequency can be identified automatically which subsequently eliminates or remove mechanical resonance.
