The DA-52 is an integrated CNC controller which offers all basic CNC control functions up to 4 axes for not only conventional press brakes but electro-hydraulic ones. The TFT-LCD display and the modern front panel layout guarantee a very user-friendly and easy to program controller.
 
Panel based housing makes it available to mount it directly onto electric cabinet or inside a pendent cabinet.
Special shortcut keys are designed for direct, rapid and easy programming.

Angle programming of Y axis, crowning compensation and force control are offered as standard configuration.

DA-52 offers a stable and reliable solution by taking advantage of the most up-to-date technology. USB interface is equipped to facilitate quick backup of product and tool data.

The DA-41 control provides a complete solution for conventional press brake applications for 2 axes. The most up-to-date electronic technology is used to provide a special solution for defining the slide, backgauge and flexibility of I/O configuration. The axes control supports servo control, 2-speed AC control as well as unipolar control. Depending on actual application, two side positioning or one side positioning to remove spindle gap can be selected.
 
With its bright LCD display a clear and easy control is offered. The numerical programming, with angle and tool parameters, can be done in a clear table overview.

The DAC-310 shear controller provides a complete and compact shear control application. Including backgauge control, gap control and stroke length limitation, this state of the art electronics based unit makes a versatile solution.

Backgauge control is available by servo motor, two-speed AC motor and frequency inverter drive. Depending on practical applications, two side positioning or one side positioning to remove spindle gap can be selected. Backgauge reference point can be set automatically upon start up or with the function of power down position memorization.The backgauge can be moved manually by selecting pushbuttons in 2 different speeds.

With its bright LCD display, the control offers a clear, fast and simple programming facility. Actual position and programmed position of backguage are displayed at the same time. Each programmed step offers settings like working step link, retract distance and repetition counter.
